Psychological Services for Police & Public Safety

Specialized psychological care, trauma defusing, peer support consultation, and critical incident support for law enforcement, fire/EMS, dispatch, and emergency services personnel across Colorado.

First Responder Care

Who We Help

Those in first responder and high-stress public safety occupations require specialized, culturally competent services that address the unique operational and psychological dynamics within their profession.

  • Each agency or department operates with specific needs including command consultation, emergency response defusing, specialized training, and confidential counseling services.
  • Officers, deputies, federal agents, dispatchers/call-takers, firefighters, EMTs/paramedics, victim advocates, detentions deputies, and civilian public safety employees.
  • Moreover, they deserve immediate response, personal care, and access to the latest and most effective evidence-based treatments (EMDR, AEDP, RTMP) for everything from day-to-day cumulative stressors to critical incident aftermath and posttraumatic stress.
  • Families are also heavily impacted by work within these occupations and deserve supportive resources and access to clinicians who truly understand the complications and challenges within the police and public safety family.
